Discovery information and trust
PlantRoam provides informational discovery. Vegan classifications are evidence-aware assessments, not certifications or guarantees. Businesses, menus, ingredients, preparation, hours, addresses, contact details, accessibility, and operating status can change. Confirm important details directly with a business, especially for allergies, medical needs, religious requirements, or time-sensitive travel.
PlantRoam distinguishes accepted evidence, qualified uncertainty, field freshness, and corrections. Paid or business relationships do not determine classification.
Accounts and acceptable use
Users are responsible for access to their email and device, activity through their session, and accurate corrections. Users must not abuse authentication, scrape or overload the service, evade security controls, impersonate others, submit unlawful or malicious content, interfere with moderation, or misuse third-party data. PlantRoam may restrict access to protect users, integrity, legal obligations, or security.
External services and intellectual property
PlantRoam may open external websites, phone, email, maps, and directions. Those services control their availability, terms, and practices. PlantRoam’s original software, branding, interface, and evidence system are owned by Lee Williams LLC or its licensors. Third-party names, facts, map data, and trademarks remain their owners’ property and are used with applicable attribution and license boundaries.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as available” to the extent permitted by law. PlantRoam does not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete geographic coverage, or error-free information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lee Williams LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or reliance on the service. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes, termination, and law
Features or access may change for security, legal, operational, or data-integrity reasons. Updated Terms will carry a revised date. These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law applicable to Lee Williams LLC, without overriding mandatory consumer protections.
